Roberta Sultana graduated in 2003 with a bachelor of honours in Health Sciences from the University of Malta. She obtained a postgraduate diploma and a Masters degree in Gerontology and Geriatrics from the same university. She has been working as an occupational therapist for the last 13 years at Saint Vincent de Paul long term care facility. Presently, she is reading for a doctoral degree with the Faculty for Social wellbeing at the University of Malta.
Her main interests are older persons, caregiving, community care and residential care services for older persons.
She has published in a number of peer-reviewed journals.
